§ 01Buying & refundsthe short version: final means final
All sales are final. There are no refunds. Read the what's-included list and this page before you buy — the checkbox at checkout exists for exactly that reason.
What you get instead of a refund window: broken steps get fixed free. If a tool changes and a step stops working, the fix lands on the When Things Break page, free, and the kit's Paywall Playbook cards route you around the change in the meantime.
The kit is delivered electronically after checkout, into your buyer account. Nothing is shipped.
§ 02What this product is — and isn'ta guide, a smart guide
This is a guide — a smart guide. It teaches a working method, step by step, and it is built to get you unstuck. It is not a promise.
No absolute guarantees. We do not guarantee results, finished videos, income, views, or earnings. What you make depends on you, your ideas, and your bench time.
The method runs on free tiers of third-party tools. Those tools are not ours; they can change their screens, features, or pricing at any time. Our answer when they do is the dated fix, the playbook card, and support — not a guarantee that nothing will ever change.
Claims on this site are dated where they depend on a tool's current state. If a number ever appears here, it was measured, and the measurement is ours to show.
§ 03Certificateslearning awards, honestly labeled
Pass a stage's test and the site issues that stage's certificate in your name. Finish all six stages and the final certificate reads AI TEAM MANAGER — AI Production Warehouse.
These are our learning awards — they are not an accredited credential, not a diploma, and not issued by any school or regulator. They say what they are: proof you did the work, stage by stage.
§ 04Your licenseone purchase, one household
One purchase = one household: you and the people who live with you may use the kit.
Your own videos are yours. Post them, share them, earn from them — what you make with the method belongs to you.
The kit itself is not yours to pass on. Don't share your login, don't re-upload the files, don't resell or give away the guide, library, or videos. Sharing them outside your household ends the license.
Downloads are stamped with the buyer's email, so a leaked copy can be traced back to its source.
Product files live only inside the store's delivery. There are no public download links, by design.
§ 05Supporthow getting unstuck works
First stop, free to everyone: the When Things Break tree — problem, first fix, Plan B card for your own AI, Plan C fallback. It is updated free whenever a tool changes.
Second stop, for buyers: the Cert Report. Every stage test files one; it doubles as the support ticket, carrying your stage, your results, and what broke.
Support covers the kit's steps and access to what you bought. It can't cover the third-party tools themselves — but the playbook exists precisely for when those tools misbehave.
§ 06Your emailtwo uses, that's all
Your email delivers your purchase and signs you in. If you joined the free checklist list, it also receives those emails — one per real event, never spam.
We don't sell your email. Ever.
